About the position

The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a two‑year program based in Miami, Florida, designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen. Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions, gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on high‑impact initiatives that influence company performance. Rotations are designed to provide broad enterprise visibility, hands-on experience, and opportunities to partner closely with senior leaders across the organization. Throughout the program, participants receive structured onboarding, functional training, and ongoing development support aligned to their assignments. The program offers regular exposure to executive leadership, key decision‑makers across the brands, and cross‑functional teams—providing unparalleled insight into how strategic, commercial, and financial decisions are made at Royal Caribbean Group. Graduates of the program are well positioned for accelerated career growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduating second‑year MBA students with 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or a quantitative field
  • Graduation date: May 2026 (available to begin August 2026)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Advanced quantitative skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to think strategically while managing complex details in a fast‑paced environment
