This onsite position will play a pivotal role as administrative support to the Regional President & General Manager plus department managers.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Heavy scheduling and calendar management including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants<br /> • Coordinate meeting logistics, decks, display presentations, etc.<br /> • Coordinate and maintain travel itineraries and expenses, books travel<br /> • Process expense reports and perform invoicing for a variety of different areas<br /> • Draft correspondence and prepare presentations<br /> • Assist and work with other departments and key contacts as needed<br /> • Assist with station events and community initiatives including job fairs<br /> • Orders and monitors office supplies<br /> • Prepares purchase requisitions, follow up on vendor onboard status, preps and codes documents for payment<br /> • Coordinate and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the newsroom is operating efficiently<br /> • Other duties as assigned<br /> Basic Qualifications:<br /> • Great organizational skills and detailed oriented<br /> • 3+ years of experience in related area<br /> • Solid written and verbal communication skills<br /> • Proficient with software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint<br /> • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment<br /> • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding issues or information received<br /> • Energetic , friendly , self-starting, positive<br /> <br /> Organizations that wish to receive job vacancy notices from this posting's television station should contact sf_recruitingsupport@paramount.com.<br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<br /> Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00.<br /> The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
