Job Summary
We are currently hiring part time line cooks, dishwashers, and/or prep to join our exceptional culinary team. Whether you’re an experienced cook ready to work the line or someone just starting out with a passion for food preparation, we invite you to grow your career in a professional, inspiring kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Line Cook Duties:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Bonneville’s high culinary standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and proper food presentation
  • Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

Line Cook:

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
  • Experience cooking breakfast
  • Solid knife skills and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
  • Ability to follow recipes and directions with accuracy
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
