GoldUnion is a fast-growing national leader in the precious metals industry. We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a driven, people-focused Branch Sales Manager to lead our San Diego, CA location.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role with strong earning potential, hands-on ownership of your branch, and clear career growth opportunities. No prior precious metals experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training.

Hiring Timeline: We anticipate making a final hiring decision within 2-3 weeks of initial interviews. The expected start date for this role is the beginning of August 2026.

Final interviews will take place in person at our Beverly Hills headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily branch operations with a sales-first mindset
  • Drive revenue by appraising and purchasing gold, jewelry, and coins
  • Deliver an exceptional, consultative customer experience
  • Conduct occasional off-site visits (approximately 5–6 per year)

What We’re Looking For
