Get To Know Our Team:

The Connectivity team is part of the Supply organization at Agoda. We own the technical relationships between Agoda and our accommodation partners and hotel chains, independent properties, and the channel manager platforms that connect them to us. Our work sits at the intersection of commercial, product, and technology, and the decisions we make have a direct impact on the inventory and booking experience available to millions of travelers.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Chain Connectivity Manager to join our team in Agoda and take ownership of our channel manager partnerships across North America. Channel managers are the platforms that help accommodation providers distribute their inventory across booking sites. This role is about building and deepening those relationships, improving how our partners connect with us technically, and growing the number of properties we can offer to travelers through this channel. You will work closely with partners, internal commercial teams, and product and technology teams to make all of this happen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships with channel manager partners across North America, acting as their primary point of contact for both day-to-day needs and longer-term growth conversations.
  • Proactively identify and approach channel managers that are not yet working with Agoda, open those conversations, and work to bring them onto the platform.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to improve the quality and depth of their technical integration, increase the volume of properties connected through their channel, and resolve any issues affecting booking performance.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including commercial, product, and technology to resolve partner issues and push forward joint initiatives.
  • Support the expansion of Agoda’s channel manager partnerships into Latin America, building new relationships in a market where we are actively growing our presence.
  • Track partner performance, identify opportunities, and bring clear recommendations to internal stakeholders based on what you are seeing in the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a role focused on external partnerships, account management, or business development ideally with some exposure to the hospitality or travel technology space.
  • Comfortable reaching out to people you have no prior relationship with and turning those conversations into productive, ongoing partnerships.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage many relationships and moving parts at the same time without things falling through.
  • Strong communicator who can work across different teams and levels, build alignment, and move things forward without having direct authority over the people involved.
  • Motivated to work independently and take initiative.
  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area, or within a reasonable commuting distance of central Toronto.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with how accommodation providers distribute inventory online, including awareness of OTAs, channel managers, GDS systems, or property management platforms.
  • Experience working with technical integration documentation or APIs, in any industry.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or technology.
  • Connections or experience in Latin American markets.
  • Comfort working with data to track and report on performance.
