We Are Currently Seeking

  • Medicare Agents
  • Life Insurance Agents
  • Health Insurance Agents
  • Independent Field Agents
  • Licensed Producers

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with insurance plan education and enrollment
  • Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Accurately document client interactions
  • Participate in onboarding and training as applicable

Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health insurance license required
  • Medicare certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Multi-state licensing is a plus

Compensation

  • W-2 opportunities available with hourly base pay starting at $17/hr plus performance-based commissions. Benefits available.
  • Independent agent opportunities available with competitive commission structures
  • Growth and leadership opportunities available as the organization expands
