The Food Retail Services division is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive customer centric strategy for our largest global customers to drive incremental volume, profit, and market share. The ideal candidate is a business savvy sales leader who can collaborate, ideate, motivate, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders and can skillfully deliver rapid, sustainable, and measurable value to our business and our customers. What You Will Do: - Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential regional clients to meet sales objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business. - Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business strategy to rapidly create outcome-based solutions from a One Ecolab perspective. - Develop and nurture quality relationships with key external partners as well as between and across Ecolab divisions and key functions by partnering with key business stakeholders to build and gain approval for business cases, supported by facts, customer insights and analysis. - Understand Account Business, financials, and strategic direction. Attend quarterly earnings calls, read investor/company updates, read annual reports, etc. - Know the key company initiatives for the key accounts. - Map the key decision makers across the network. - Develop company-specific account initiatives, based on Food Retail Services goals and capabilities. These goals should be linked to the account initiatives. - Develop a communication plan for each account. - Engage with the broader Ecolab divisions to broaden relationships. - Continue to drive Food Retail Services mindshare within the account. - Articulate the revenue, funnel, and opportunities. - Work as part of a high-performing team to most effectively deliver value and solutions across the business. Build a culture of strong engagement, accountability, and high performance. Position Details: - Location: N. Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri - The role is remote and will require 50% travel regularly - Company vehicle provided Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years business-to-business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience - Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (2 years) - Home office with internet access capability - Ability to travel up to 75% - No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity Preferred Qualifications: - Science and business background - Bachelors Degree - Experience negotiating contracts - Experience running or managing multi-disciplinary teams - Experience leading sales professionals, develop and execute winning strategies and solutions - Demonstrated ability to lead with influence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to tell compelling stories centered on the customer. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total Compensation range for this position is $128,600-$193,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
