About LaMars 33 LLC

After perfecting his original donut recipe as a teenager in 1933, Ray LaMar opened the first LaMar’s Donuts in a converted gas station in Kansas City, Missouri. What began as a single shop rooted in craftsmanship and quality has grown into a franchised brand with locations across Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska. LaMar’s Donuts has earned numerous accolades and favorable reviews from respected publications such as The New Yorker and Gourmet, and was the first donut brand to be reviewed and acclaimed by Zagat, the world’s most trusted restaurant guide.
