**Job Description:**

As a Chat Moderator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful online environment within our official Discord server. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values equality, diversity, and inclusion. Your primary duties will include:

  • Moderating the chat to ensure users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
  • Deleting messages that violate our community standards
  • Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
  • Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
  • Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to users

**Pay and Benefits:**

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $12.50 per hour. Our pay cycle is weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday. **Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Have a strong understanding of community management principles and practices
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
