Working in the Bell Services department, you will have the opportunity to make lasting impressions in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. You will interact constantly with Guests and Cast Members answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests and Cast Members. You also assist arriving and departing Guests with their vehicles, luggage, and more.



Responsibilities :
  • Greet Guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional guest service during every interaction
  • Dispatch bellhelp Cast Members to retrieve and store luggage for Guests
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls from Guests and Cast Members
  • Utilize computer programs (Opera, HotSOS etc.) to track and monitor open requests
  • Handle and retrieve luggage for Guests
  • Collect payment for parking and/or valet tickets
  • Work closely with Guest Services and other Hotel staff to ensure efficient service
  • Answer questions and provide directions for arriving and departing Guests
  • Work outdoors for 8+ hours in all-weather environments
  • Ensure Guests’ arrival experience is magical through immersive interactions, including those arriving on public transportation and buses
  • Proactively address Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas


Basic Qualifications :
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • 1+ year in bell services, guest services, or similar role at a large, luxury resort or hotel
  • Excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities
  • Willing to take initiative to actively greet and welcome Guests
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adept at troubleshooting and can calmly handle difficult situations
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision and direction
  • Comfortable working a physically demanding role for 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment 1+ year of customer or guest service experience
  • Flexibility and willingness to jump in when necessary


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience within a luxury hotel environment
  • Bilingual

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.
