Working in Food and Beverage at our Disneyland Resort Hotels, you will have the opportunity to make lasting impressions in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. In this role, you will welcome and interact with our Guests in a positive and friendly manner, while assisting with general organization and cleanliness of our hotel restaurants. You will complete multiple tasks, including bussing tables, delivering food to Guests, disposing of trash, and maintaining the cleanliness of all the restaurant areas. You will be answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests.



Responsibilities :
  • Deliver food and drinks to Guests in dining areas, including poolside dining areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all restaurant areas including kitchen and seating area
  • Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining rooms
  • Read point-of-sale (POS) tickets from the kitchen line, assemble orders, garnish food, and ensure that the food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards
  • Arrange, clean, sanitize, and maintain tables, chairs, trash cans, liners and umbrellas
  • Polish brass, metal and wood grain surfaces
  • Sweep and mop dining areas, kitchen floors and backstage areas
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage & cardboard and places it designated containers
  • Transport dirty trays, plates and silverware to dish room area
  • Replenish all fountain beverage and condiment stations
  • Provide efficient and friendly service to all Guests
  • Work outdoors for the majority of your shift in direct sunlight and all types of weather


Basic Qualifications :
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • 1+ years of experience working in a table-service restaurant
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests
  • Flexible and adaptable to constant change
  • Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a table-service restaurant
  • 1+ years of server experience
  • Prior work experience in a fine dining location
  • Prior work experience in a luxury Hotel

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.
