We’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy inside sales professional to help scale our service department.

Position Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to drive new business and provide high-touch support for our service division. You will speak directly with residential homeowners and commercial property owners to understand their needs, propose service solutions, and coordinate next steps. This is a fast-paced role that blends sales, customer communication, and light tech use—ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, hitting goals, and helping build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and take inbound calls with residential and commercial clients to pitch service offerings (roof repairs, maintenance, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and close service opportunities over the phone or by coordinating with field staff
  • Use our CRM (AccuLynx), email, and scheduling software to manage follow-ups, appointments, and proposals
  • Build relationships with repeat clients and grow long-term accounts
  • Assist with quoting, scheduling, and internal coordination of service calls
  • Track performance metrics, follow up on unclosed leads, and contribute to team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales or customer support experience, ideally in construction, roofing, home services, or similar
  • Comfortable pitching on the phone and working with CRM and project management tools
  • Strong communication skills – able to earn trust quickly and close business
  • Energetic, fast-paced personality with a focus on results
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a high-volume environment
  • Tech-savvy – able to navigate and adapt to cloud-based tools and systems
  • Passion for building business units and improving processes

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the roofing or exterior trades
  • Familiarity with AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or similar construction CRMs
  • Prior success working in an early-stage or scaling team environment
