## Job Summary
The Little Caesars Company is hiring Restaurant Managers in Yonkers, NY. We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in providing exceptional customer service.

## Duties
- Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food production, including quality control and inventory management
- Coordinate shifts and schedules for staff members
- Provide training and guidance to maintain high standards of service per Brand requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

## Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of inventory control and shift management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
