Job Description

The Lounge Manager ensures service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels through proper execution of sequence in service and high energy. Providing guidance to staff to be the best of the best by delivering exceptional and unforgettable lounge experience to every guest every time!

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading, educating, motivating, and energizing the team to execute an unforgettable experience for all our guests no matter the occasion.
  • Maintain relationships with "regulars", VIPs, celebrities, influencers, and key individuals that come into Wynn’s hotel and venue(s).
  • Manage, lead, mentor staff. Represent Wynn Resorts in investigating, answering, and settling grievances with staff and guest.
  • Maintain the overall vision - business and marketing objectives in accordance with Wynn's General Manager of Lounges and Executive Director of Beverage.
  • Develop risk management and migration strategies. Maintain all Property mandates. Update and track daily reports.
  • Analyze staffing requirements, develop operation plans, and assess opportunities for future growth. Responsible for team performance - morales, productivity, energy.
  • Demonstrates a positive example and outlook for staff to follow each day.



Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • A minimum of four (4) years of hospitality management experience, ideally in venues exceeding seven million dollars, which are considered upscale, luxury establishment (restaurant, bar, lounge) is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of different types of wines, cocktails, spirits, and beer.
  • A strong financial acumen and proven ability to successfully manage budgets and P&L.
  • Experience working under the Forbes Service Standards.
  • Proficient in all bar/restaurant computer systems.
  • Excellent management, delegation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong influence, interpersonal, leadership, managerial, communication, problem-solving, and creative solutions skills.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.
