This is a 12-month part-time engagement for an organized professional to provide high-level administrative support to a high-performing business unit.

  • Manage complex team calendars and coordinate internal and external meeting logistics.

  • Facilitate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings.

  • Oversee the accurate processing of business expense claims and financial documentation.

  • Support the talent integration process by assisting with logistics for new employees.

  • Administer basic procurement and purchase-to-pay workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
