We operate a small business and a bustling co-working space, which means no two days are the same. We’re big on professional growth, small on micromanagement, and we genuinely enjoy what we do.

.What You’ll Be Doing

You are the "Director of First Impressions." Whether it’s a friendly face at the door or a helpful voice on the phone, you set the vibe for our office and co-working members.

  • The Basics: Answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • The Logistics: Receiving packages, sorting mail, and keeping an eye on office supply levels (making sure we never run out of the good pens!).
  • The Creative Side: Helping out with some light marketing tasks—perfect for someone looking to build a resume in business or communications.
  • The Keeper of the Space: Ensuring the co-working area feels welcoming and organized.

The Perks

  • Flexible Schedule: We need help between 10–15 hours per week. We schedule in advance so you can actually have a life outside of work.
  • Work-Life Balance: Our business hours are strictly 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, no "emergency" Sunday emails.
  • We’ll Teach You: Don't have a decade of experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidatewho has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

To be a fit for this specific role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • HUBZone Residency: This is a firm requirement. You must live in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone).
