<p><b>Inside Sales Manager, Personal Lines</b></p><br><p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>The Inside Sales Manager is a key leader within VIU's Personal Lines Customer <span>Call</span> Contact Center, responsible for developing, coaching, and leading a team of sales producers to achieve monthly sales goals and drive new business growth. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic sales planning, creating a high-performance culture through coaching, competitive incentive programs, and accountability. The Inside Sales Manager works closely with team members to enhance their skills, monitors KPIs to track performance, drive OKR’s and partners with recruiting to build a talented sales team. Success in this role requires proven sales leadership experience, strong coaching abilities, competitive drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</p><br><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Adherence to 5 Leadership Expectation Daily<ul><li>Be Intentionally Enthusiastic</li><li>Discuss development with all associates monthly</li><li>Know the systems better than team</li><li>Review previous day’s results and address outliers</li><li>Spend more time with team than on other stuff- 4hrs per day</li></ul></li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15-20 Personal Lines sales producers to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Day to day management of contact center by following contact center principles and best practices established by the business.</li><li>Develop and implement creative sales strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth</li><li>Build, monitor, and analyze KPIs aligned with monthly sales goals and individual producer performance</li><li>Drive team and department results through creation, management and accountability of OKR’s</li><li>Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback to develop sales skills and close technique</li><li>Deliver performance reviews and provide ongoing development plans for direct reports</li><li>Partner with recruiting team to identify, interview, and hire new sales team members</li><li>Monitor proper headcount and capacity planning to meet forecasted sales goals</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement within the sales team</li><li>Maintain well-organized follow-up processes and ensure team adherence to sales workflows and CRM standards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage internal resources and support customer needs</li><li>Drive team engagement and retention through effective leadership, recognition, and career development</li></ul><br><p><b>Key Leadership Competencies</b></p><p><b>Know the Business -</b> Uses knowledge of market, industry, and company trends to set priorities.</p><p><b>Drive Results -
