We're in this together.<br /> As a Product Manager for SportsLine and CBS Sports, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our product offerings in the sports betting space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and marketers, to drive the development and enhancement of our sports betting products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, technology, and data analysis.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.<br /> • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the sports betting industry.<br /> • Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.<br /> • Assist in creating product roadmaps and development plans.<br /> • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features.<br /> • Develop and maintain product documentation, user stories, and requirements.<br /> • Assist in testing and quality assurance of product releases.<br /> • Monitor and report on the performance of key product KPIs.<br /> • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to sports betting.<br /> • Provide support to marketing and sales teams in promoting and explaining product features to customers.<br /> Job Requirements:<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.<br /> • 4+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a closely related role, ideally within sports betting, sports analytics, digital media, or data-driven consumer products.<br /> • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions, prioritization, and trade-offs.<br /> • Experience using analytics, experimentation, and product tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, Recurly Engage, Figma Make, or similar platforms to measure performance, support discovery, and inform roadmap decisions.<br /> • Familiarity with sports betting platforms, betting markets, and core user behaviors, with working knowledge of sports betting regulations, compliance, and responsible gaming considerations.<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product strategy, requirements, and performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br /> • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery.<br /> • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with data-driven or analytically complex products.<br /> • Passion for sports with a solid understanding of sports analytics and betting trends.<br /> • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and adapt to evolving priorities and market dynamics.<br /> Nice to have:<br /> • Direct experience working on sports betting, fantasy sports, free-to-play, or affiliate-driven products focused on acquisition, conversion, or retention.<br /> • Exposure to sportsbook integrations, odds feeds, market pricing, prop markets, parlays, or simulation-based analytics.<br /> • Experience partnering with editorial, content, or media teams to translate analytics and insights into consumer-facing sports content.<br /> • Familiarity with experimentation and optimization frameworks such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, feature flagging, or lifecycle messaging.<br /> • Working knowledge of SEO, growth funnels, and performance marketing as they relate to sports media and betting discovery.<br /> • Experience defining and tracking KPIs across engagement, monetization, and affiliate performance (for example CTR, conversion, FTDs, retention).<br /> • Comfort collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, data pipelines, and platform constraints, even without writing code.<br /> • Background in regulated industries or experience working with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders.<br /> • Strong product instincts around UX, information architecture, and simplifying complex data for mass-market sports fans.<br /> CBS Sports, a year-round leader in cross-platform sports coverage, broadcasts a portfolio of events on the CBS Television Network, including THE NFL ON CBS; college football, including the Big Ten ON CBS; college basketball, including the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship; golf, including The Masters®, PGA Championship and PGA TOUR; soccer, including the UEFA Champions League and NWSL; and CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR.<br /> In addition, the division includes CBS SPORTS NETWORK, the 24-hour cable home of CBS Sports which televises live sports programming throughout the year, including college football and basketball games, UEFA Champions League and Europa League action, Italy's Serie A matches, Concacaf national team competitions, as well as a full slate of original programming and studio coverage.<br /> CBS Sports also delivers an extensive lineup of global soccer coverage on Paramount+, including every UEFA club competition match, all Serie A matches as well as Concacaf national team competitions, and produces INSIDE THE NFL for Paramount+.
