The Receptionist - Centralized Scheduling is accountable to the Registration Manager for accuracy of registration processes as they relate to the revenue cycle and is directly responsible to the Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily registration operations and accountable to Director of Communications for department objectives.<br><br><ul><li>Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day including incoming and outgoing volume </li><li>Maintain department standard audit error rate </li><li>Maintain a not ready time of 25% or less (IE, 6 hours for an 8-hour work schedule) </li><li>Maintain Holzer attendance policy </li><li>Accurately schedule for assigned queue while delivering highest level of customer service <br><br></li></ul><strong>Education & Experience Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1-2 years experience in service related field preferred <br><br></li></ul>If you have questions about this posting, please contact support@lensa.com
