Entry-Level Financial Consultant (Remote)

We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Financial Consultants. This is a fully remote, entry-level position available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

This role is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are looking for a career change or supplemental part-time income, there is no requirement to leave your current employment to get started.

Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Through our comprehensive training program, you will learn to assess the financial needs of individuals and families. You will guide them through meaningful conversations regarding their goals and create personalized roadmaps for success using our diverse suite of services, including debt reduction, budgeting, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and various investment and insurance vehicles (Annuities, Roth IRAs, Rollovers, and more).

Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Development: Engage in active study and on-the-job training; shadow client meetings and plan presentations.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate client financials to determine specific needs and risk tolerance.
  • Strategic Planning: Review available options and recommend services that align with client objectives.
  • Compliance: Complete and maintain necessary state licensing requirements while upholding the highest industry ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirements: Must be 18+ years of age, possess a valid Driver’s License, and pass a background check.
  • Licensing: Willingness to obtain a state Life, Accident, and Health license (if not already held).
  • Skills: Ability to manage client relationships and provide tailored advice.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of customer service or client interaction is preferred but not required.

You have the freedom to create your own schedule, with the exception of our ongoing weekly training sessions:

  • Every Tuesday: 8:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM PST
  • Every Saturday: 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST
