The role is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota , but is fully remote. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation and records. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee events. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed. Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, such as HR Assistant or HR Coordinator. Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
