As an entry-level Sales Operations Account Representative, you’ll collaborate directly with seasoned Sales Professionals to boost their efficiency. You’ll have the sales training, mentoring, tools and resources to connect with your Sales Professionals and solve customer’s most complex IT challenges. You’ll become proficient with CDW’s extensive portfolio of products, services and solutions through our interactive instructor-led learning and receive cutting-edge, on-the-job sales & operations training to effectively develop and prepare you for your CDW career in technology sales. You’ll have access to resources such as your manager, sales coaches, instructors, and others to help you strategically craft and build consultative relationships with sales professionals and customers. You’ll quickly learn that opportunities at CDW are a chance to forge a relationship, rather than complete a transaction. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a trusted advisor. At CDW, We’re Better Together. Our Sales Operations Account Representative training program is a hybrid work model, including both in-person and remote work. This will allow you to make true coworker connections and it brings everyone together for moments that matter. CDW Sales Operations Account Representative are required to be in-office during their first full week and every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after week 1. Subject to change based on business needs and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Professionals with day to day tasks such as creating quotes, processing orders, and managing bids.
  • Prepare customer quotes and product configurations using CDW tools and resources.
  • Process sales orders accurately, ensuring the right pricing, contracts, and terms are applied.
  • Track orders and requests from start to finish, helping resolve issues and keep work moving forward.
  • Provide timely updates to Sales Professionals on order status, quotes, and other requests.
  • Communicate directly with customers, as needed, to share order updates or support special requests.
  • Assist with basic services requests and coordinate follow up to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Participate in sales team meetings to build relationships and stay aligned on priorities.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and CDW’s go to market approach.
  • Complete required training and partner accreditations to build skills in solutions and services.
  • Bring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a customer first mindset to everything you do.
