This role will support a federal civilian space sector client in a complex, mission driven environment focused on modernization, secure digital transformation, and long term platform evolution.<br>This individual will work through Huron in a multi partner delivery environment, collaborating with client stakeholders, partner teams, business leads, product owners, and technical resources to shape scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. transformation goals. <br>The ideal candidate combines strong solution design capabilities with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation, particularly within Salesforce centered ecosystems, OmniStudio enabled solutions, and highly regulated public sector environments.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead solution design across Salesforce, OmniStudio, and related enterprise platforms to support business goals, operational needs, and modernization initiatives</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable end to end solution architectures that balance usability, maintainability, security, compliance, and performance</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current state processes, define future state capabilities, and recommend business aligned technology solutions</li><li>Develop architecture artifacts including solution blueprints, conceptual and logical designs, integration patterns, business process flows, and implementation approaches</li><li>Design Salesforce solutions across <b>Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud</b>, and OmniStudio capabilities such as <b>OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures</b></li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, well governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices</li><li>Evaluate design alternatives, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies across data, integration, security, identity, and operational considerations</li><li>Support buy versus build discussions, roadmap planning, and long term application portfolio evolution</li><li>Work across Huron, partner teams, and client stakeholders to align delivery decisions with program objectives and mission needs</li><li>Participate in Agile delivery processes, including planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, demos, and retrospectives</li><li>Contribute to documentation, governance, quality practices, and reusable patterns required in public sector delivery environments</li><li>Support continuous improvement and help define standards and best practices that can be leveraged across this and future public sector engagements</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a <b>Salesforce Solution Architect</b>, <b>Salesforce Architect</b>, or similar architecture leadership role</li><li>Strong experience translating business requirements into end to end technology solutions</li><li>Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and solution design considerations</li><li>Hands on experience designing solutions across <b>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and OmniStudio</b></li><li>Strong understanding of OmniStudio design patterns and capabilities, including <b>OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures</b></li><li>Experience with integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cross platform data flows</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling, application architecture, identity and access considerations, and secure solution design</li><li>Experience defining solution approaches that align with business processes while adhering to Salesforce architectural guidelines and standards</li><li>Ability to assess technical tradeoffs and communicate recommendations to both business and technical audiences</li><li>Experience working in Agile delivery environments</li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi team, multi partner delivery setting</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting <b>federal civilian agencies</b> or similarly regulated public sector organizations</li><li>Familiarity with <b>GovCloud, FedRAMP aligned environments, identity and access controls, and compliance driven delivery models</b></li><li>Experience supporting enterprise application modernization and transformation programs</li><li>Familiarity with <b>Scaled Agile</b> and/or <b>ITIL aligned</b> service delivery organizations</li><li>Experience contributing to architecture roadmaps, governance processes, and portfolio planning</li><li>Experience evaluating emerging technologies and advising leadership on future state direction and risk considerations</li><li>Experience supporting secure and compliant delivery in environments with strong requirements for privacy, auditability, and operational governance</li></ul><p><b>Education and Certifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as <b>Application Architect, System Architect, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II</b>, or Environment</b></p><p>This role is expected to support a primarily remote delivery model, with occasional travel as required by client or program needs. Team members should be comfortable working across distributed teams and coordinating within structured delivery, governance, and reporting processes.</p><p>The estimated base salary for this job is $130,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
