Your mission

As a Senior Manager, Employer Branding, you will be responsible for managing key client and partner accounts, driving engagement through both online and in-person channels. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening UiPath's employer brand by building meaningful relationships with clients and partners.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies across online platforms and in-person events

  • Plan, coordinate, and represent UiPath at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align employer branding initiatives with business objectives

  • Monitor and report on account health, engagement metrics, and branding impact

  • Create compelling content and communications to strengthen client and partner relationships

What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, employer branding, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Proven experience managing client and partner relationships

  • Experience planning and participating in online and in-person events

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry

  • Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms

  • Background in marketing, communications, or public relations
