We are seeking a

This role will support Tier-1 event social strategy across a global events portfolio. This role partners closely with the Tier-1 events social lead to drive end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of social programs.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position requiring the ability to independently own workstreams, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and execute with minimal oversight.

Approximately 75% of this role focuses on Tier-1 event social strategy and execution, while the remaining 25% supports broader social strategy initiatives during non-event periods. This includes collaboration with solution-focused social strategists and contributions to additional high-impact programs.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Own and execute social media strategy for Tier-1 third-party events across pre-event, live, and post-event phases
  • Manage social channels, stakeholder communications, content planning, and performance reporting
  • Partner with global events teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable social assets and templates
  • Advocate for a social-first approach in event planning, influencing content development and storytelling
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, PR, content, paid media, and communications teams to ensure alignment and amplification
  • Support social listening, moderation, employee advocacy, and regional editorial planning
  • Partner with event leads to ensure coverage and continuity across multiple events during peak periods
  • Provide flexible support to broader social strategy initiatives outside of event cycles
  • Collaborate with solution-focused social strategists on campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to scaling best practices and driving consistency across social programs
  • *Skills And Qualifications**
  • 4-6+ years of experience in social media, with strong exposure to event marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex workstreams with minimal oversight
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting abilities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
