Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking detail-oriented Transcriptionists with a keen ear and mastery of written English to join our flexible, contract-based remote team. You will be crucial in converting diverse audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted text, enhancing accessibility for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio/video files into text, adhering to specific style guides and formatting requirements.
  • Proofread and edit transcribed documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and coherence to ensure exceptional quality.
  • Identify and flag unclear audio, speakers, or terminology for clarification.
  • Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within specified deadlines.
  • Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity and accuracy.
