We are currently looking for a Volunteer Remote Onboarding Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Chester’s Corner Rescue Foundation.

Our mission is to provide abandoned animals with medical care, emotional support, and a path toward finding loving, permanent homes. How You Will Contribute:

Purpose:

This role manages the volunteer onboarding process and supports the organization in maintaining accurate and efficient volunteer records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage volunteer onboarding, including sending DocuSign agreements, tracking forms, and filing documents
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure data integrity
  • Support organizational processes, including reporting and communications for onboarding
  • Communicate with volunteers regarding questions, updates, and next steps

Immediate Ownership:

Manages the day-to-day volunteer onboarding communications and administrative support independently

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and DocuSign
  • Strong professional communication skills (email, Zoom, Slack, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable managing confidential information
  • Must have a working phone or computer with reliable internet
  • Must reside in the United States and be available during Pacific Standard Time hours

Commitment Details:

  • Approximately 2–4 hours per week
  • Fully remote work
