Zoho System Administrator (REMOTE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR in the US) $20 per hour

Shift: 2-4 hours/day (preferably somewhere between 9:00am and 3:00pm CST, M-Th)



THIS IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE POSITION NOR IS IT PERMANENT. THIS IS 100% REMOTE AND FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS ONLY. WORK WILL BE ON 'AS NEEDED' BASIS.

We are searching for a Zoho System Administrator to join our team. Our goal at SuccessFULL Solutions is to automate our clients' business processes by creating custom operating systems using cloud services. We are looking for a Zoho System Administrator contractor that has experience customizing Zoho applications and who can adopt or share our values.

Description: The Zoho System Administrator will be responsible for virtually meeting with clients to discuss their needs/goals, establishing requirements, then customizing Zoho applications to fit their needs. This will include customizing Modules, Workflows, and integrating Zoho CRM with other Zoho and/or non-Zoho applications. MIS/Analytics skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards are required. This position will also consist of other "low code" tasks. The goal is to customize Zoho systems that will fully automate our clients' systems and processes while also providing reporting and analytics. Must be willing to learn about Zoho applications continuously (i.e. Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, etc.)

Responsibilities:
  • Help Project Manager gather requirements from the client's consultation
  • Work with project manager to determine and create the tasks in ZProjects
  • Complete Project Tasks before due dates
  • Meet with Project Manager daily to review progress on Projects and upcoming Tasks

Requirements

Required skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience customizing Zoho applications
  • 1-3 years of reporting/analytics experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a virtual team
  • Must be dependable, dedicated and disciplined
  • Must be a problem solver / strategist
  • Ready to learn new skills or enhance Zoho customization skills
  • Must pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Must enjoy information technology!

Not Required, but a plus:
  • Zoho Deluge experience
  • SQL experience*
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho and/or non-Zoho products
