We’re looking for a <b>Business Analyst</b> who thrives in change and enjoys working closely with people to bring a new ERP system to life from design through implementation.</p><p></p><p>This role will support the implementation of a new enterprise platform focused on core finance functions, working closely with internal project teams, IT, and external partners. You’ll contribute to documenting future-state processes, supporting system configuration and testing, and ensuring alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. Your work will directly support a successful system rollout and help teams adopt new ways of working. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in helping Finance transition to a more modern platform that enhances processes and reporting across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ERP implementation, business systems analysis, finance transformation, and stakeholder-facing project delivery. You’ll also work closely with an experienced Business Analyst to build deep knowledge of our systems and processes.</p><p></p><p>This is an 18-month term opportunity supporting a high-priority transformation initiative, with potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on evolving business needs.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Map current and future-state processes; identify opportunities to improve and streamline workflows</p></li><li><p>Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements</p></li><li><p>Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute testing scenarios (SIT/UAT); track issues and support resolution</p></li><li><p>Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation</p></li><li><p>Support user readiness through training and change-related activities</p></li><li><p>Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and procurement / purchasing workflows</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, business requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), process mapping, and testing / UAT</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment</p></li></ul><p>#LI-VS1</p><p></p>This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization / Ce poste est actuellement vacant au sein de notre organisation.<p></p><p><b>Pay Range:</b></p>61,221 - 68,873 CAD<p></p><p>The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training.
