ecosystem.</span></p><p></p><p><u><b>Responsibilities</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Portfolio Leadership & Risk Management</p></li><li><p>Assess portfolio health and proactively identify delivery, adoption, financial, or relationship risks.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure continued client success and retention.</p></li><li><p>Serve as escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements.</p></li><li><p>Own client success outcomes across assigned portfolio segments.<br>Strategic Enablement & Growth</p></li><li><p>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting leadership to identify expansion, renewal, and prospecting opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Translate trends, analytics, and field feedback into scalable solutions, plays, and program improvements.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate and articulate ROI delivered to clients and CDK.<br>Delivery Quality & Governance</p></li><li><p>Ensure consulting engagements are delivered in line with contracted scope, cadence, and standards.</p></li><li><p>Drive consistency in methodology, reporting, and execution across consultants.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate as a stakeholder in scheduling, reporting, accountability, and results frameworks.<br>Consultant Development & Enablement</p></li><li><p>Mentor, coach, and train consultants on best practices, risk mitigation, client communication, and delivery excellence.</p></li><li><p>Support onboarding and transition of new consultants onto the team.</p></li><li><p>Identify capability gaps and coordinate training and enablement.<br>Cross-Functional Orchestration</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Success teams to ensure seamless client experience.</p></li><li><p>Act as a central point of coordination across CDK functions to resolve systemic client issues.<br>Operational Ownership</p></li><li><p>Operate with minimal supervision and high autonomy.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership for client and internal issues, overseeing resolution end-to-end.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong operational discipline and follow-through.</p></li></ul><p> <br><u><b>Required Qualifications</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum <b>7 years</b> experience in retail automotive operations, including <b>at least 5 years of experience as Controller.</b></p></li><li><p>Minimum<b> 3 years</b> experience as a Business Process Consultant or equivalent consulting role.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.</p></li><li><p>Strong facilitation, analytical, coaching, and executive communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence at all organizational levels.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of dealership KPIs, financial drivers, and operational controls.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel up to 70% (or per current delivery model).</p></li><li><p>Complete Virtual Accounting Services as needed.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office workflows, automation, or analytics platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience translating analytics into operational and commercial strategy.</p></li><li><p>Experience coaching or leading other
